Surroundings

The Golfo di Maremma Village is located on the seaside, in an area consisting of tourist facilities connected to each other and to the town of Albinia by a cycle path that can be traveled in absolute safety even with children. The town of Albinia can be reached in a few minutes and it is possible to find all kinds of shops for any need.

The Coast and the Medieval Villages

By car, on the other hand, it only takes a few minutes to reach Monte Argentario with the town of Orbetello, enclosed by its lagoon and the two beautiful towns of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, not only a starting point for Giglio but also splendid villages to visit and enjoy.
The Golfo di Maremma Village, however, can also be a starting point for visiting the medieval villages of the area such as Magliano in Toscana with its walls, Saturnia with its thermal springs and Capalbio with its Tuscan restaurents.

Nature and Art

We recommend visiting the nearby Maremma Natural Park where you can admire a corner of wild nature and go trekking on guided tours and for art lovers we can suggest the Tarot Garden near Capalbio (loc. Garavicchio), where you can see the beautiful sculptures of the French-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle.

Organized Trips

For those who want to discover the area with organized trips (for example to the island of Giglio or the wild Giannutri), the village reception can give you all the information about the trips organized by our partners.
